Sales Manager MedTech Devices

Objective of the position:
Expanding the customer portfolio through proactive acquisition of new customers (initial focus on white label products in the areas of video endoscopy and dental), and generation of sustainable business for revenue growth.

Tasks:

  • Proactive acquisition of new customers in the areas of video endoscopy and dental markets, as well as other white label products and OEM projects according to the company strategy
  • Overall responsibility for your customers and leads in all commercial aspects such as contract negotiations, sales pipeline, sales targets, presentations, quotations and forecasting
  • Developing the business with existing customers and maintaining long-term customer relationships with all relevant contacts
  • Ensuring that customer needs are met as the "voice of customer" for all internal interfaces
  • Contributing to the strategy development process for future segments and products
  • Representing the company at relevant exhibitions and conferences
Requirements:
  • University degree in area of business administration, MedTech and/or engineering
  • At least 3-5 years of sales experience in the international MedTech market; preferably of products/solutions in dental, endoscopy, anesthesia, airway management and/or surgical
  • Quantitative and qualitative track record of acquiring new customers, customer development and relationship management
  • Passion and flair for sales with a partnership-oriented approach and high level of self-motivation
  • Initiative taking, communicative, dynamic and assertive personality with doer-type and team player qualities
  • Business fluent in German and English, travel share approx. 20%
