Head of Sales / Direct Markets DACH

Position Objectives: Responsible for the delivery, production and implementation of a consistent brand and customer experience. Ensure the sale of products in the assigned direct markets in line with the global sales framework/company strategy. Ensure sustainable revenue and profit development and lead and drive the sales teams in the respective markets.



Implement the business strategy in the relevant direct markets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.

Creation of a sales master plan including ensuring online and offline accessibility and an optimal mix per channel

Implementation and involvement in the adjustment of the global merchandising assortment, provision of the right assortment per channel and/or per category mix

Ensure and continuously optimize a consistent and harmonized customer journey or experience across all channels/markets.

Annual preparation of business plans/goals as well as evaluation of customer partners

Lead and motivate the team and work closely with the global and local organizations or the sales channels, marketing, merchandising and eCommerce



University or UAS degree in business administration/MBA in the direction of marketing/sales.

At least 10 years of management experience in the DACH consumer goods retail/distribution market environment

Proven sales and management track record

Goal- and solution-oriented as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting personality with strong communication and social skills

Willingness to travel and flexibility of deployment in the EU area, very good knowledge of English
